As a passionate nature photographer, I have been fortunate to work with a variety of cameras and lenses over the years. I began my journey with the Canon S1IS in 2005 and later upgraded to the Canon 400D in 2007, which opened up new possibilities for me. When I acquired the 50mm f1.8 lens, I was able to experiment with shallow depth of field, which gave me a new perspective and inspired me to explore new ideas.
In 2009, I acquired the Canon 10-22mm lens, which allowed me to capture stunning wide-angle landscape photos. When I upgraded to the Sigma 150-600mm lens in 2018, I was able to explore bird photography and capture unique moments that tell a story.
In 2020, I upgraded to the Canon EOS 90D, which significantly improved the clarity of my photos. And in 2021, I acquired the Tokina 100mm macro lens, which enabled me to focus stack and capture sharp photos of flowers and insects.
My photos have been featured on the cover of “New Dawn” by Orient Blackswan in 2013, as well as in “Poesia from the Heart: Poetry for Your Soul” by Bindia George. Additionally, my work has been published in Discover India Jan 2010 issue and Better Photography magazine, allowing me to share my passion with a wider audience.
Throughout my photography journey, GIMP has been my go-to editing tool. I use it for adjusting shadows, highlights, curves, levels, saturation, contrast, sharpening, noise reduction, cropping, resizing, and perspective correction.
As a software engineer, I have worked on a variety of multimedia projects, including machine learning for CCTV cameras, using programming languages such as Python, C, and C++. I am interested in React programming and have designed this website as a showcase for my photography and technical skills.
Looking ahead, I am excited to take on new challenges and continue to capture breathtaking, picturesque landscapes using extreme wide-angle lenses. Photography is a never-ending journey, and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and push myself further.
